SPAM from LaserSurplsParts???

It has come to my attention that someone is using my business name and email to spam people.
Rest assured this will stop ASAP!
I have tracked this person down to their IP address and the server that they are using.
I have also contacted that server “Bluehost” and have asked them to stop this persons ability to send any more damaging emails and to gather all information I may need to take legal action against this person.
I have also asked them to prosecute this person as well.

I am going to make an example out of these people by prosecuting and suing you to the fullest extent of the law.

Here is the subject line of these SPAM emails:
Your friend Brader Enterprise has recommended this great product from LaserSurplusParts LLC

Here is his actual email address:
Brader Enterprise = plestare@gmail.com

I apologize to those who have received these emails.
If you have received one, Please forward it to me at sales@lasersurplusparts.com.

Here is the actual SPAM email:

Hi Friend!

Your friend, Brader Enterprise, thought that you would be interested in ALM
Laser Systems fiber optic interface LFI-20 from LaserSurplusParts LLC.

Brader Enterprise sent a note saying:

This Program is Huge And Awesome

Great Day,

This Mile stone is getting huge outlook
on the net today.

This is a Break through program with
a sure fire com-miss-ion of at least

f-r-e-e adv-erti-sing.

I am in the process of identifying, gathering evidence and preparing to prosecute all involved.

I have called the website that is being promoted and emailed the owner.

I have received NO replies what-so-ever!

That tells me they are probably involved and don’t care! Imagine how YOU would be treated as there customer!
